terms & conditions

  1. Couples will get a set of 10 photos after 10-15 days of the shoot completion, then the raw data will be delivered within 30 days of the shoot. Clients will get a flash drive or pendrive  for the RAW data collection.

  2. Edited Photos & Videos will be delivered within 2 months with editing & online albums. (Time taken by the client for the verification will not be counted in our deadlines)

  3. For the printed album, couples have to select the photographs. (*It will take 30 days for album designing & printing after providing the selection)

  4. Travel & accommodation for the team will be arranged by the client for outstations.

  5. The payment module will be 40% advance, 40% after shoot within 7 days, 10% at the time of raw data delivery & the remaining 10% at the time of printing order. (*In case of pending payment with the due date Deliveries, Editing & Printing will be on hold)

  6. In case of postponement of the wedding or shoot because of govt. guidelines, the advance amount will be carried forward to further dates.

  7. The Photographs & the Videos we shoot during the event will be copyright to our agency only and can be used on our website & social media handles for promotional purposes.

  8. Meals for the team will be arranged by the client, else the team needs a break between the shoot for the lunch & dinner.

  9. If the client puts the project on hold for one year from the event/wedding date, then the agency (JSV Studios.) will not be responsible for any kind of data loss. So please collect the raw data from us within the timeline.

  10. We welcome your ideas in your film, so please share your suggestions in advance or valuable feedback within 3 days after delivery.

  11. After the delivery of edited Photos & Videos, couples can let us know their feedback within 3 days so that our team can make the required changes within the given timeline. Later on it will be a time taking process according to our availability & could be additionally chargeable.

 

THINGS TO NOTE WHILE BOOKING FOR AN EVENT

Cancellations or postponement

  • Postpone prior 40 days from the event, the complete amount will be carried forward to the next date.

  • Postpone within 40 days from the event, might cost you 10-15 % additional expenses.

  • Cancellation within 40 days from the event will cost you 15,000 INR or 15 % of the bill amount whichever is minimum​
     

Payment terms

Payment module will be

  • 15% Booking Amount

  • 25% Before the shoot, 30 days prior.

  • 40% After shoot, within 7 days to start the post production.

  • 10% at the time of photo delivery.

  • 10% at the time of video delivery.
     

Delivery Time

  • Couples will get a set of pictures within 15 days from the shoot.

  • RAW photos will be delivered within 30 days from the shoot.

  • Edited Photos, Digital Album will be delivered within 45 days from the shoot.

  • Edited Videos will be delivered within 60 days from the shoot.

  • Couple needs to provide a Hard Drive for the collection of RAW data, the agency will not be liable for any kind of DATA LOSS after 6 months from the shoot date.

Copyright

  • The Agency retains the entire copyright on the Photographs, Films and other works at all times, throughout the world.

  • Where reproduction of works has taken place without informing the agency (JSV Studios) and settlement has not been made, the Agency will make such charges to the publisher of those images/films as falls within the Copyright Act 1957.

  • As the agency holds the complete copyright to the Photos & Videos, it can be used on our website & social media platforms for promotional purposes.
